10times executed a strategic visitor drive campaign running from 5th February to 11th April 2026, combining email outreach, web and social media promotion, and targeted telecalling to generate maximum qualified registrations and brand visibility for the event.
HOW WE DID IT?
To ensure the success of an event, our team of specialized campaign experts at 10times employ various tools and techniques once the campaign goes live with us.
Email Campaign - Promotion emails, reminder sequences, mass messages, and banner ads were deployed across 4 rounds to a targeted database of pharma and lab industry leads.
Web & Social Media - Event was promoted across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, along with newsletter distribution and event banner placements on the 10times platform across Country, Industry, Tradeshows, and City pages.
Telecalling - IVRS telecalling, personalized reminder calls, and SMS/WhatsApp outreach were conducted across 5 rounds, covering approximately 9,000 calls to total leads.
Multi-Channel Reminder Strategy - A total of 22,000+ reminder touchpoints were delivered across email (~7,500 emails), SMS/WhatsApp (~5,500 messages), and telecalling (~9,000 calls) to maximize attendance.
