10times global presence- We are a global event discovery network of more than 150 countries. We helped our client leverage this immense potential of our platform. This was done via the strategic placement of banners on the 'Featured Events' list. All four major pages i.e., country page, industry page, city page and month page were used for banner placement to make it more intent-driven. The exhibition was marked premium on listing as well as the event detail page, which gave it added credibility.

Multi-channel marketing- Our multi-channel marketing approach helped the event buzz float through various channels. This included traditional channels such as emails, along with social media channels. To make the campaign more experiential, we focused specifically on the visitor's overall journey. Thank you emails to the registered attendees, followed by welcome mails and finally, regular reminder mailers: The campaign was engaging throughout the visitor's journey.


Industry Specific Newsletters- Being a leading brand in the event industry, our weekly e-newsletters are read by 35 lakhs active event-goers. We featured the exhibition in industry-specific weekly e-newsletters. This helped the exhibition in reaching out the professionals from the niche of animal and pet industry.

Event Technology Solutions- Our client got access to oDASH (organiser's dashboard) which is an all-in-one event management software. It helped them in gaining insights and benchmarking the performance of the campaign. The digital presence of the event was also ensured with a personalised event app, event website and listing on 10times website. The interactive interface of oDASH made it easy for our client to manage all three platforms in real-time. From lead generation and management to attendee engagement and in-depth analytical insights, this tool is what every event organiser would love to have.

Dedicated Client Servicing & Campaign reports- Our dedicated client servicing team ensured that all our services get delivered in a time-bound and effective manner.
