ReChina Asia Expo is one of the biggest trade shows in the industry of printer consumables, including printers, copiers, consumables, office automation, and supplies. It is recognized as one of the most important events for the printers and consumables industry, ReChina Expo is well acknowledged by the industry insiders for its large scale, industry focus and internationalized features. All 3D print technologies and products were exhibited, including Industry additive manufacturing 3D printers and materials, Medical 3D print technologies and materials, 3D scanning, designing, software system solutions, 3D printer components and parts, supplies chains.


The client was aiming for a higher reach for this edition of the event and was expecting a highly impactful marketing campaign.

Measuring the right KPIs

GET-10times’ website generates massive B-2-B traffic, curating a rich event community of visitors, exhibitors and other event professionals. Similarly, the event listed on our website also creates a community of its own. Our client could directly boost and monitor the interaction within this community which made it easy to identify the target audience. This was done through oDASH (Organiser’s Dashboard). API integration feature of the dashboard allowed easy transfer of data with the client's personal CRM. With in-depth event insights regarding the event (based on demographics, industry and profession), our client was ready to make more informed decisions.

SET - We helped our client further utilise event insights. This involved identifying, creating and controlling the right channels of marketing i.e., event app (white label native event app) and event website. The client could easily set these two platforms to enhance the branding of the event. Moreover, it was done within a few clicks with no need to hire a developer. As the event app was native, it was highly functional for both IOS and android users. Finally, Organiser logo was displayed on the homepage to achieve unique branding under platinum marketing package.

MARKET-We were now ready for an effective marketing campaign. We diversified our marketing campaign by promoting the event on the target country, target city and target industry listing page.
